Membership Policy • Membership payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month. • A minimum three-month commitment is required. After this period, memberships may be paused or canceled at any time by submitting a request via email. • To ensure we can process changes smoothly, requests to pause or cancel must be received at least 14 days before the next billing date. • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
