CANCELLATION POLICY

SKINCARE SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY We intentionally limit the number of clients we see each day to give every guest our full energy and focus. Please review the following policy before booking. Booking Requirement A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations & Changes We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel, change, or reschedule any appointment. Requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment time are charged 50% of the service. No-shows and missed appointments are charged 100% of the service. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is built into every appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be abbreviated to fit the remaining time or rescheduled entirely at our discretion. Late-arrival appointments that are abbreviated or rescheduled are subject to the full service charge. Beauty Bar Event Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fees • Cancellations made 8–14 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost • Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the total event cost • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: no charge (deposit terms apply) Headcount & Guest Changes Your event will be billed based on the final headcount submitted 14 days prior to your event date. All headcount changes must be submitted at least 14 days in advance — changes after this deadline cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not attend on the day of the event are included in the total headcount and charged in full. Booking Requirement A $250 credit card deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
