Membership Policy • Membership payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month. • A minimum three-month commitment is required. After this period, memberships may be paused or canceled at any time by submitting a request via email. • To ensure we can process changes smoothly, requests to pause or cancel must be received at least 14 days before the next billing date. • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. We look forward to supporting your skincare journey.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We intentionally limit the number of clients we see each day so we can bring you our full energy and focus. We require 48 hours notice to change, cancel or reschedule. Requests made outside 48 hours, incur a $200 fee. No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the service. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. A 10 minute grace period is built into your appointment, your service may be abbreviated or rescheduled if you arrive beyond 10 minutes late.
